   • The purchase order will be considered complete once the customer has paid a deposit of 2,140 THB (Two thousand one hundred forty Baht only) (“Deposit”) and submitted proof of payment to the company. Payment can be made via Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit, or JCB Credit cards issued by banks in Thailand only. The Deposit is non-refundable.    • Device Purchase Rights: Each customer (based on national ID number for Thai nationals, passport number for foreigners or foreign workers in Thailand, or company/business registration number for corporate customers) is entitled to purchase a maximum of one device per customer.

   • The company will deliver the device to customers based solely on the order queue in the ordering system. The company will send an SMS to confirm the receipt of the product, including the date, time, and True Shop branch selected by the customer in the order.
   • Once the customer confirms the device order by specifying the model, storage capacity, and color, no modifications, changes, or cancellations will be allowed. The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions set by the company.
   • The device purchase rights mentioned above cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or legal entity, nor can they be refunded.
5. Payment Methods
   • Deposit: Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering a device for every model, storage capacity, and color. The deposit amount is 5,350 THB (Five thousand three hundred fifty Baht only) per device (this price includes VAT). The payment must be made immediately via debit or credit cards issued by participating banks or by other methods specified by the company.
   • Payment of the Remaining Balance (After Deducting the Deposit): On the device pick-up date, customers must pay the remaining balance in full by cash, debit card, or credit card issued by participating banks. Payment can be made either as a full lump sum or through an installment plan according to the promotional program available at that time or other conditions specified by the company.
6. Documents Required for Claiming the Rights
   Customers who have completed the device purchase according to the above procedures must present the following documents to verify their order:

     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e mail.For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • National ID card along with one copy (the ID card must have at least 3 months of validity remaining).
   • Documents for Foreign Customers

Fair Usage Policy: The company reserves the right to manage and control the network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and to help ensure all users can enjoy efficient service. This may include limiting or reducing speed or taking any necessary actions related to data transmission, such as the use of BitTorrent, internet sharing via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any other usage that involves continuous high-volume data transfer. Such actions are taken if the usage affects service quality, causes unfair use, or potentially cause damage to other users, the network, or the company’s overall service.

Terms of Use for TrueID Service: The TrueID service can only be used within the TrueID application on mobile phones or tablets. 8. The channels and content available via TrueVisions Now are based on the package the User subscribes to. The Company reserves the right to change or remove channels and the number of available channels without prior notice, as per the terms and agreements with content owners or licensees.
9. Access to partner applications included in the package may be subject to change or cancellation, as determined by the Company or the respective partner application providers.
10. If the Company detects any illegal use or actions that may cause harm or damage to the Company, it reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.

8. The channels and content available under the TrueVisions Now service are in accordance with the package the User has subscribed to. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any channels or the number of available channels without prior notice, subject to agreements with content owners or licensors.
9. Partner application viewing privileges included in the package are subject to change or cancellation as determined by the Company or the respective partner application providers.
10. If the Company finds that the service is being used unlawfully or in a way that may cause damage to the Company, it reserves the right to immediately terminate the service.

1. This cashback campaign applies to customers who make purchases of eligible products and/or services using Pay Next Extra installment payments at participating stores. The campaign runs from July 1 to August 31, 2025. Cashback amounts are calculated based on the installment amount per transaction as follows:
