True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) will deliver the product to you based on the order registration queue in the ordering system. When it is your turn to receive the product, the Company will notify you via SMS to confirm the pickup date and the True Shop branch you selected.

1. Details of Mobile Device (“Device”) – All Models of Samsung S26 Series
2. The Company will officially announce the selling price of the Device mentioned in Item 1 after receiving approval from the manufacturer. Once the customer places an order for the Device, it shall be deemed that the customer agrees to the specified terms and conditions of the purchase and agrees to pay the announced price without any objection or dispute.

3. Terms and Conditions of Device Purchase
   • Customers eligible to purchase the device must be individuals aged 18 years or older, or legal entities/retailers, placing their order through the website: https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-s26-series.html or at participating True Shop branches.
   • Customers who wish to purchase the device must meet the qualifications specified by the Company and must not have any outstanding debts for any products or services owed to True Corporation Public Company Limited (“True”) or to any other companies within the True Group that sell products or provide services.
   • Customers must place their orders within the specific dates and times announced by the Company only. The Company reserves the right to announce the opening and closing dates for orders only after receiving confirmation from the manufacturer. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • The purchase order will be considered complete once the customer has paid a deposit of 2,140 THB (Two thousand one hundred forty Baht only) (“Deposit”) and submitted proof of payment to the company. Payment can be made via Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit, or JCB Credit cards issued by banks in Thailand only. The Deposit is non-refundable. The company reserves the right to close orders when the product is out of stock.
4. The above purchase terms and conditions require the buyer to subscribe to the TrueMove H monthly mobile service plan.
   • Device Purchase Rights: Each customer (based on national ID number for Thai nationals, passport number for foreigners or foreign workers in Thailand, or company/business registration number for corporate customers) is entitled to purchase a maximum of two devices per customer.
   • Thai nationals receiving the purchase right must provide their national ID number or company/business registration number (the ID card must be valid and the company registration certificate must be issued within the past 90 days) on the date of placing the device order.
   • Customers must complete the device order information via the website https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-s26-series.html or at participating True Shops to allow the company to consider and approve the order. The company reserves the right to consider only customers who meet the specified qualifications, and such decision shall be final and at the sole discretion of the company.
   • Customers whose orders are approved and confirmed via the website https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-s26-series.html within the specified ordering period must print the order confirmation document from the website as proof. In the case of orders placed through True Shops, customers are required to request the order document along with the deposit receipt as proof for product collection.
   • The company will deliver the device to customers based solely on the order queue in the ordering system. The company will send an SMS to confirm the receipt of the product, including the date, time, and True Shop branch selected by the customer in the order.
   • Once the customer confirms the device order by specifying the model, storage capacity, and color, no modifications, changes, or cancellations will be allowed. The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions set by the company.
   • The device purchase rights mentioned above cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or legal entity, nor can they be refunded.
5. Payment Methods
   • Deposit: Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering a device for every model, storage capacity, and color. The deposit amount is 5,350 THB (Five thousand three hundred fifty Baht only) per device (this price includes VAT). The payment must be made immediately via debit or credit cards issued by participating banks or by other methods specified by the company.
   • Payment of the Remaining Balance (After Deducting the Deposit): On the device pick-up date, customers must pay the remaining balance in full by cash, debit card, or credit card issued by participating banks. Payment can be made either as a full lump sum or through an installment plan according to the promotional program available at that time or other conditions specified by the company.
6. Documents Required for Claiming the Rights Customers who have completed the device purchase according to the above procedures must present the following documents to verify their order:
   • Documents for Individual Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e mail.
       For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
   • Documents for Foreign Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e mail.
       For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • Original valid passport along with a copy of the first page showing the name, photograph, and expiration date, as well as a copy of the visa page with a valid visa (visa must have at least 1 month remaining before expiration).
     • Original valid work permit in Thailand (not expired) along with a copy, or original student ID card or a letter of certification from the educational institution (issued within the past 1 month) along with a copy.
   • Documents for Legal Entities
     • A copy of the company registration certificate or partnership certificate, along with the business objectives, issued by the Ministry of Commerce within the past 90 days, certified by an authorized director as per the company’s conditions on every page of the certificate and business objectives (with official stamp).
     • A copy of the national ID card of the authorized signing director.
     • A copy of the VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) certified by the authorized director as per the company’s conditions, in case the company is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).
   • Documents for Retail Shops
     • A copy of the owner’s national ID card.
     • A copy of the commercial registration certificate.
7. Rights Reservation
   • The company reserves the right to cancel the device purchase rights if it finds that the customer intends to use the mobile device improperly, or if the company deems such use inappropriate or against the law.
   • The company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or cancel any one or all of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
• Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
• The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
